A 2-hour workshop is not going to cost you that much money, and it will certainly help people to feel more confident so that if someone comes to them, they'll know what to do. And it also, I personally think we also need to probably go through some kind of a mental health first aid course or training just to say, if somebody comes in really distraught and you don't know how to handle it, here are some things you can do. These are some resources that you could use. This is the next person in the organization that you can send them to because people are scared that they won't be able to handle it and they don't know who goes, who they should go to next. So I do think it's important to right now because of the situation of the loneliness and everything, I think probably that mental health first aid would be make feel people feel a lot less scared about having an interaction.
