I think it is a shame for those who don't adopt creating a remarkable framework for renewal. I believe that they're going to be relegated to getting what they've always got. And that is the initiative ice age where their team will still be dependent on being told what to do. Their leaders will still be frustrated with the lack of initiative. Their staff will know it's no use bringing up any kind of ideas because it's only going to get shot down. Their meetings will be full of shoulda, coulda, wouldas. And you'll keep getting what you've always gotten and nothing ever changes. I look at the potential of changing into this entrepreneurial mindset. And I look at the potential that that would bring. And if we drive towards this entrepreneur infusion, we'd see our team stepping up with their abilities and capacities. We'd see more collaboration.
