I think experimentation, I like to refer to it as play. I actually attended a training yesterday and it was about treating your business like a scientist. And that requires experiments. So, you have a problem or something that you want to improve or create. You have to have data to decide the next steps. Right. You have to create a hypothesis. And then you experiment and try that out, test it out. We learn from our mistakes. And I think experimentation, I like to refer to it as play. Hmm. If you can be in a creative, playful mode to learn from whatever it is you've just done, you're going to be more inspired and motivated to learn, number one, make the change, and then improve upon it.
