I'm about to get online to meet one of my coaches. People seem to think that you hire one coach and that's going to be the magical cure to everything. But it isn't. It's important that we hire coaches that are specifically specializing in certain aspects of our business. So for instance, I have a comedy coach that's been helping me with my stand-up as well as helping me figure out how I can lighten up some of my presentations. I have a presentation coach who has helped me focus and streamline the way I do presentations. I have a social media coach who is just magical at helping me get clarity on what I need to do to keep me accountable and keep me posting on a regular basis. So, it's important for us to surround ourselves with really great people who can help us move our businesses forward. But don't just think it's a one-stop shop.
