Are there situations where workers might be in situations that they're afraid to admit to their managers? I actually wrote a blog before the pandemic started called Confessions of a Remote Worker. And I wound up publishing it. I wrote all my confessions that it's hard to say to your boss when you're working. But I thought, oh, I can be the voice. I can be the liaison to some of these managers to say things that your employees might be afraid to admit to you. It was like I'm addicted to work, like in a bad way. I have really poor boundaries around work, and I'm working all around the house. It's not working well. I'm not very productive, to be honest. I'm bored. I sit at my computer overanalyzing emails for hours because I'm not bouncing off anybody. I'm wasting your time and my time. Can't necessarily tell your boss that.
