You know, I once worked with a dream team. We were able to grow so much and we were able to increase the productivity of the office. And it was all due to a manager who really came in, really was the middleman between the organization and the team. And we achieved so much. I don't mean trips places and gifts all the time, but truly cared for and truly represented. Once that went away, the dream team did fall apart.
