So, I worked with an organization. They employ about 110 different people. And the HR recruiter's sort of view of it was, let's list all the bad stuff about this job first, or the tough stuff, so that it weeds out the people who won't apply because they don't want to do those things. And I thought, oh goodness, okay. Every job has things that aren't your favorite thing to do. So, let's include them if you want. But let's talk about them in a different way. And from a marketing perspective, we explored that with some of the members of the team. We got about 60 employees to give feedback. And those parts of the job that were not the most desirable parts, they didn't even faze the employees after they were there for a little bit. They got into a routine. They understood that was part of the job. It took 2 seconds of their time.
