One of the biggest things that I saw happen in the corporate environment, and I still, as I work with my clients, sometimes I see this happen too, is a great strategic plan will be formulated and then it will sit in a drawer or in a binder on a shelf. And the biggest thing that you can do besides getting it onto paper and sharing it is sharing it over and over again. Your strategic plan has to have visibility. And I'll go so far to say for the leaders that are listening today that we need to have a dashboard which we can share on a monthly basis at minimum, weekly is even better, to say, here's our strategic priorities. And under each of those, here are some of the goals that we have for this year or this quarter. And how are we doing on those goals? What's the status of each? And I love a stoplight diagram. So, then we code each of those.
