You don't have a choice but to be disciplined when you play a team sport because everything you're doing as a member of the team is following a structure that somebody put in place. You don't have a choice. If you don't follow the structure, they kick you off the team. So in the business world, especially people who are in leadership positions, often they need to get that structure, either go get it from somebody like hiring a consultant like yourself, a coach like myself, or— and the people who work for them, maybe their structure is handed to them because they have somebody above them. But when you're in the top position, There's nobody above you. So if you don't have a structure, you don't have a structure, and then you're not getting as much done as you could get done. And again, no one to hold you accountable. So that's how things can fall apart.
