The reason why I'm doing this show is because I was just in a store and I saw a manager talking with another employee. And I thought, my goodness, if this person could have a semblance of humility, that would be great. And my daughter just recently experienced as a server. She just experienced the lack of humility her management team had when they decided to unilaterally pull a new policy and affect their whole team to the To the point where 11 out of 17 employees ended up quitting because the new policy was so skewed against the rights and the efforts of their serving staff. So, I know that this is an issue. And a lot of people will say, ah, you know, I'm a manager. I have all the humility in the world. Well, the minute you say that, I hate to say it, you're lacking humility. So true.
