Jill Burk says effective niching means narrowing your audience, not changing your product. Develop two or three recurring content ideas and test them in focused conversation to find what matches your strengths and what people actually want.
So part of, part of the niche, I think, is niching your audience more than as much as it is niching your, your product or your message. Everybody has a niche. I think there's some really amazing niches out there that, that are just kind of a void, and there's such great content.
Mm-hmm.
And if you have 2 or 3 ideas of things that you might want to speak about on an ongoing basis, it is really worth having a conversation to help you hone that in and decide if this is a good fit for you. And really truly, if we don't think that it's a fit, we will not take your money.
I think that any industry association, this would be a brilliant fit for them because it's non-dues revenue generating for them if they decide to jump on that bandwagon because an association will serve a niche.
