Leadership Culture Celebrate Successes for a Healthy Team

The third thing to create a healthy environment, a healthy culture for the leadership team, which then transcribes throughout the whole organization, is about celebrating. Celebrating what you want to see. Celebrating successes. Celebrating all that's good so that you can shine a spotlight on the things that you want to repeat in terms of results or in terms of behaviors instead of having to spend so much time pointing out the problems. Just keep reminding them that we're pretty good and we do things well. Let's do more of that because then, when you You remind them of what that looks like. It's easier to replicate and you get much more benefit than constantly talking about the bad, which creates a mode of defensiveness, etc. So, you can bring optimism by shining on, not taking for granted what they do well because that becomes the blueprint of what they should do again next time.
