My key values meld very well with most organizations. I have 4 values that I live by. One is humility. The premise is that we don't have all the answers. As leaders, we have to know when to turn around and ask people what their impression is, what their thoughts are. Another one is humor, is a very big value of mine. And the reason why humor is so big with me is because life is too darn short. You can't take everything too seriously. So humor is an important aspect to what we do every day. Being of service is a third value that I have. I think it's absolutely essential that every day we wake up to be of service to something more than ourselves. And then lastly is this idea of staying uncomfortable. You can't grow if you're comfortable. You have to push yourself into positions Where if you want to grow, you have to be uncomfortable.
