Marc Haine argues that creators need love and care as fuel, not ego. True mastery demands endless hours and attention to detail, but the point is service to others. That's what builds the tenacity for uncompromising excellence.
You're standing on the cusp of creating something amazing. Something that lights your soul on fire. It lifts you, motivates you, and inspires you to move forward. The love and care you put into what you do is clear. You have a purpose and a vision. To create. You don't mind the endless hours it will take, nor the sweat or tears you may shed to get there. It is clear that this is your muse, that this is your driving force. With singular focus, you design, prepare, set the stage, and pay attention to the most intricate details. You recognize the importance of each decision and every thought. This is the moment to reach for perfection, because you know it will make all the difference. This is about mastery, driving the highest degree of proficiency, skill, beauty, presentation, thoughtfulness. You realize you don't do this for yourself. This is not about you. You do it for them, for all the people who will benefit from your contribution. That depth of care sparks your tenacity to drive for nothing less than excellence. You're motivated by creating unforgettable experiences and the of causing uncompromising transformation. Your energy flows with your purpose and your passion. It's time. You are ready to stand with pride, confidence, and excitement and start creating those magical moments. It's showtime. It's showtime.
