Marc Haine argues that most businesses never discover the hidden capacity within their teams because they never ask. A small group of passionate people with a shared goal can drive the business forward on its own.
My power tip has got to be never underestimate the power of a small dedicated group of individuals who have energy and passion towards an objective. In many, many different circumstances when I go in and work with businesses, they fail to recognize that on their team they have capacity that they don't even know of. They've never explored it. And once you kind of open that lid to that particular Pandora's box, you have people with passion and capability that can help the business thrive all on its own.
