Well, I'm going to make a lot of enemies here, Marc. But the good news is small businesses will resonate because they don't have a human resource department. Right. Delete recruiting from HR. It's a sales process. Organize it into operations. Operations understands sales. Operations has sales managers. And so, if something's not working, operations can fix it. And it's really important for the managers to take responsibility for their own team, much like a coach does.
