How can we better execute meetings? Because it just seems to get ridiculous.
Yeah, and it's always the case. So every time we meet with a potential new client, one of the questions that we ask them is to rate, and this is a meeting with the full leadership team, to rate their current meetings on a scale of 1 to 10, and it's always a 2 or 3 without exception. Nobody's like, oh, we've got great meetings. They all loathe it. We love it. And so then, you know, so when we say, okay, so rate it on, if you had to give it a number of stars on 5, how many would you give? And again, it's like 1 or 2. And so then the question is like, if you were trying to get a— rent an Airbnb or an Uber, would you ever choose one that had a 1 or 2 star? Hmm. Like, absolutely not. And so we introduced to them a concept we call the 5-star meeting. And the idea is unless you give this meeting a 5-star rating at the end of the meeting, then you're doing things wrong.
