This is a YouTube video titled "Take Control of Your Business Accountability for Managers and Entrepreneurs" (published 2024-04-29). The excerpt is a short conversational exchange between two speakers—SPEAKER A and Marc Haine—about accountability and personal responsibility for managers, entrepreneurs, and employees; Marc Haine references launching his podcast in March 2020 and offers his virtual lectern. The content appears to be a discussion/advice segment on leadership and business ownership.

But what do the managers and entrepreneurs say? Well, you know, they're lazy. They're entitled. They don't want to do anything. Nobody wants to work. Yep. Right. And I believe in personal responsibility. I believe in accountability but as much for the business owner and manager as for employees. And so, I think anytime that we have these kinds of problems, the first place to look for a solution is in the mirror.
Well, you know, I could just hand you my virtual lectern. Scott, and you could take over my podcast because it's something that I've been preaching since March 2020 when I launched the show.
