I'm a big believer in pre-shift meetings, pre-shift huddles, and it should be a 15-minute meeting where everyone on the shift is standing and there should be a big chunk of it that focuses on culture. It'd be great if one of the employees themselves can lead that meeting. And then they should talk about other values or go around the circle and everyone says one thing they have done or will do to support the value of the week. Or maybe they stand around and praise each other. some time devoted to culture because not only does that conversation help, but having the conversation in the first place, it sends a message to the team that this business values culture and it's important. And we're going to discuss it while you're on the clock. We're going to pay you to discuss culture because that's how important it is to us. So, I think we have to build time for it. If we don't, that will come as a cost. It'll come at a cost. You'll pay a price for not focusing on culture because then there's always going to be a culture.
