As you were talking, I could think of all these different scenarios that popped in on where I as a leader influenced the group. One particular instance, I was working at a hotel and we were setting up for a banquet. And my son, who was 16 at the time, came and helped me. And we were moving tables. And my son noticed something. He said, Dad, from the minute you walked in here, you've had a smile plastered on your face the whole time. And so, as we were walking with the tables, I was telling him, well, because I'm the general manager, People can't see me stressed because that creates this whole big negativity. And I want people to be upbeat. I want them to be positive.
