We often hear again from people that I wanted the opportunity to learn, lead, make a difference. Yes. I want the opportunity to write something for the organization or interview someone or be mentored or attend some classes and not feel like I'm the only person who doesn't know anybody there. I want to feel like I'm part of something. But yes, the leadership component, that's definitely on their list. But probably not jumping at them and saying, you need to volunteer 'cause we're desperate.
