It's absolutely essential that you communicate often and clearly. The number one complaint I get from employees is that they don't know what's going on with their leadership. I'll talk to leaders and leaders will hoard information. Oh, you know, if I tell them how much we're making, they're going to demand a raise. If I tell them that we're losing money or that we're not doing very well, they're gonna bail on me and they're gonna ditch us and they're gonna tell our competition.
