So I like to talk about community, about building community rather than talking about whether or not we have— everybody here is family. So getting people into this, becoming an ambassador, this trusted person within your business, this is where they are all about you. They're the ones going out on the streets talking to their friends saying, what a great place this is to work. Unfortunately, the majority of people, and according to Gallup, 77% of employees right now in the workforce are disengaged. They're in what I call the pit of the tainted. And that's where the danger comes in.
