So here's a great place to start. Number 1, take a piece of paper. If you wanna do it on your computer digitally, that's fine. Think about who you were, your 8-year-old self. What did you do? No responsibilities. What am I doing with my time? Am I figuring out new ways of making blueberry muffins? Am I exploring my new chemistry set and mixing things up in, you know, my little lab? Am I painting things? Am I out in the garden exploring bugs or leaves or cutting flowers or whatever? What are you doing? Or am I figuring out new moves on my skateboard? Am I just hanging out with my friends playing board games or playing games of some sort? Get in touch with your 8-year-old self.
