One of the core philosophies of my work is that we all have a natural way of being in the world that, one, adds value, but also second, is effortless. These are the things that, you know, we often take for granted because it comes so effortlessly. Clues for this is when people keep telling you that you're really good at something and you keep discarding it, saying, oh no, no, anybody can do this, oh, this is not a big deal. But these are things that are actually really good, and when you find a form maybe a way of leading, a way, a kind of business you wanna create that is congruent with your essence, that's when things are easier. You are values aligned, you are in flow, it's, you're in the zone much easier. And so a lot of people think about, oh, follow your passions or whatnot. Maybe you're passionate about something, but you're not good at it. But when you come from your essence, that's actually, you can discover things that you never considered as something that you could be good at. And so part of my work is to be an ally on this journey of Listening out for expressions of the essence of the client so they can hone in on that. Like in my case, I'm a coach, I'm passionate about coaching, but that's not my essence, but it's a form that is congruent with my essence. Love that. I love that.
