So, dormant leaders are these leaders in companies that don't have the title. And unfortunately, because of the culture where they're at, they don't have the title. They're not considered leaders. But if you ask them what they do at home, they're doing these great things. They're the coaches of your kids' sports teams. They get involved in all sorts of ways as leaders in their community. But at work, they just can't show up that way. So unleashing the leaders around you is around leaders creating leaders.
