I have to admit, at Christmas time, I look forward to only just one thing. My biggest joy, and I know you'll think I'm a little bit crazy, is cooking the big Christmas dinner for my family. I start days ahead by first cooking the leftover turkey. I know how much my family loves turkey at the holidays, so I cook a turkey ahead of time so I can give each of them leftovers to take home when we get together. Is that strange? I love doing it because I get to spend the whole day preparing to spend some amazing time at the dining room table with my family. Nothing is more important than spending time while we're eating, having conversations, and having a good time.
