My client wants to double her bookings from last year for 2026. And here's exactly what we're doing to get her. Her wedding booking goal is 32 weddings. Now, what we have to understand is everything she's done in her business got her the inquiries, the bookings, every bride sitting in her chair right now. My first order of business, because she already told me that she's lacking wedding inquiries, is to figure out, okay, how many wedding inquiries does she need to actually get? 32 wedding bookings. So here's the equation that I actually came up with. You can plug this in and figure out exactly how many wedding inquiries need to hit your booking goal. Take your wedding booking goal, multiply it by five. That's going to give you the amount of wedding inquiries you need to hit that goal. And you're going to take that inquiry number, multiply it by 20%, and you're going to get that booking goal. Because 20% conversion rate is the goal. Now you can see, are you actually hitting that number right now? You're probably likely not. That's how you know exactly what you need to work on in your business.
