I don't know why this realization's escaped me for so long, but after we went down on Friday afternoon with the payment processing issues and sorting that out for hours on end, I was exhausted. And it made me realize that, uh, the energy spent fighting fires when you're a founder is so much more exhausting than just doing maintenance. And then I thought about it and, you know, worked on Saturday because I took the evening off on Friday and I just wasn't that tired doing the standard, you know, kind of business maintenance activities. But Friday when I got that sorted out, I was just exhausted. Um, so that's the kind of my key learning from that is make sure there's a balance between sort of stressful urgent work and maintenance work so you're not exhausted all the time. Gonna take that lesson forward.
