Keep opened bottles of oils or tinctures in a clean, dry place and never let the dropper touch your mouth or lips. Drip the oil in slowly, return the dropper to the bottle, and screw the cap back on tight to preserve freshness and potency.

Going countertop today, talking about once you open the bottle. I got an organic orange here just to use as an example, just to kind of help educate people on what to do once the seal is broken and the bottle's open for the first time. So the clock is different, just like everything else. Once, once the factory seal's broken and the bottle's open, the timing kind of changes. It'll still still maintain freshness and efficacy and potency for a while, but there's some things you can do just to kind of prolong that and guarantee safety as it's in your home open. So just keep it in the kitchen like I do, or up on the bathroom counter. And then when you're— the most important part is when you're taking it. Dropper discipline is what I like to call it. So when you pull out your oil and your dropper and you got it ready to go, and you're ready to put it into your mouth, just make sure it doesn't touch your tongue, your lips, any of that stuff to get any of the moisture and bacteria that might be in your mouth onto the dropper, which then you put back in the bottle and then who knows what happens in there. So, you know, it's just— just like that is how I do it. Don't like rub it on your lip to get the last drop off or anything like that. Just slowly squirt it into your mouth and let it kind of drip on its own and then put it back in the bottle. And then one thing I see a lot of people forget to do, and it sounds silly, like, have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in? But just make sure it's screwed on pretty securely, um, just so you get that reseal, and then everything in here will stay, uh, stay fresh and good for you and free from any, uh, any bad stuff in the environment. So that's it. Thanks.
