Wanted to talk about soccer today. Not the World Cup, not the US national team. I'm still pretty sad after last night. Look forward to that every 4 years, so not ready to talk about that yet. But I played all growing up, gave it up for a long time, and just started again a couple months ago. So, you know, 46 years old, I was a little scared to start playing again, but I play indoor once a week and now I play pickup game on Sunday morning once a week, and it has been amazing. My body hurts. I'm using it in ways that I don't normally do running and working out, and it's just kind of made me realize that as you get older— I'm middle-aged— how important it is to just do different things, make your body move in weird ways, surprise it. You know, my joints all hurt a ton in a good way. In a kind of exercise pain way, not like I'm old and creaky. So yeah, it's been fun, it's been great getting stronger and loving it and using our, our Botanical Sports Cream to help recover from that, which has been absolutely vital, working great to give me relief after, after playing a game, especially on Sunday, outdoor run in a full field for 90 minutes is exhausting. So I use that after, after every day, and it has been super helpful. Speaking of something different, probably gonna go play tennis with the kids tonight. So kind of, kind of fits in our Kyoto Botanicals wellness philosophy. It's a process. It's a lot of small steps put together on a daily basis just to, to help you keep moving, keep active. Keep calm, keep focused, keep everything healthy. So that's kind of my thoughts for the day. So if you have any questions or comment, drop a comment below, kind of what you do as you're getting older that's different and fun to keep you active.
