Hey, this is Mark Given. I'm coming to Boone, North Carolina on November 14th and 15th to teach the NAR designation course ABR. That's the Accredited Buyer Representative course, and I'd love to see you there. Let me give you a couple reasons why you should come. We're going to talk about how to market to buyers so that you can find and create more buyer business for you. Once you get them, we're gonna talk about how to help them with their motivation so they'll make really great decisions as they look for houses and find houses that they want to purchase. We're gonna talk about building a relationship, an ongoing relationship with your buyers so that they will continue to use you. In fact, we'll tie that right into the repeat and referral business that you know that you can increase. Why they should do business with you? Why they should send you all their friends. And of course, we're going to talk about negotiation skills, how to help buyers through the process so that they understand what the process is and that you can help them succeed more often. And of course, we'll talk about the legal issues related to buyers, buyer agency agreements, why it's so important for a buyer to have one, and why it's so important for you to make sure that you write one. So we want you to come November 14th and 15th. Sign up your whole office, bring a friend. We'll see you in Boone. I look forward to seeing all of you there. We'll make room for everybody. Boone, North Carolina, November 14th and 15th, ABR course. I'll see you then.
