Hey, this is Mark Given. I'm coming to Southern California on February 14th and 15th to teach a CRS 200 class, Business Planning and Marketing, and I hope you'll come and bring a friend. If I were to ask you the question, what are the 5 things that you need to know to build and sustain an exceptional real estate business, and you couldn't answer Well, you need to come, and you need to bring a friend so that you can share your notes and help each other succeed. Here's the 5 things: Number 1, you must have a business plan and an operating budget in place to help you stay on track. Number 2, you must know exactly how to make a profit. Number 3, you must have a database that creates more business— not a mailing list, but a database. Number 4, You must have systems to document what you do that works and doesn't work. And number 5, you must have scalable marketing systems that work so you can track where you're spending your money and how much business is it creating for you. If you don't do all 5 of those things, well, you need to come. If you do a couple of those things, you still need to come. And if you don't do any of them, you really need to come. So come to the class February 14th and 15th. Sign up, bring a friend. I'll see you there.
