Hey, I'm Mark Given. I sell real estate in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, work with buyers and sellers just like you, and I've been a CRS instructor since 2005. So I've had the opportunity to travel all around the country and see the best practices of realtors all over the country. I'm coming to Myrtle Beach on May 23rd and May 24th to to teach a CRS 201 class. That's about listing strategies for residential specialists. Here's a couple things we're going to talk about, why you should come. We're going to talk about presentation skills, what sellers need to know and have before, during, and after they list their property. We're going to talk about pricing strategies. We're going to talk about negotiation skills and and cutting-edge things that you need to know to help you succeed in today's marketplace. We're gonna talk about marketing during and after your listing, and we're gonna talk about seller motivations. You know, there's one thing you should know. There was a study not long ago that asked how many real estate agents ever call their clients again after the transaction was over. And it was only 18%, only 18%. There's a lot that we can do to be successful in real estate. It begins with proper practices, it finishes with proper practices. And that's what I'm gonna come to Myrtle Beach to share with you. So May 23rd, May 24th, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Love to see you there. I hope you'll sign up. Bring your whole office. I'll see you then.
