In this promotional video, real‑estate trainer Mark Given invites agents to attend his two‑day CRS 210 class, “Building an Exceptional Referral‑Based Business,” in Charlotte, North Carolina on September 26‑27. He outlines three core learning outcomes: (1) converting a simple mailing list into a segmented, actionable database that drives regular referrals; (2) establishing and leveraging agent‑to‑agent referral networks, including out‑of‑state partnerships; and (3) turning a sphere of influence into advocates by building strategic partnerships that generate third‑party recommendations. Given emphasizes that these tactics outperform traditional advertising, urges viewers to register through North Carolina CRS or the Mingle School of Real Estate, and encourages them to bring a friend, promising that the course will elevate their referral business and be worth the investment of time and money.

Hey, this is Mark Given, and I'm coming to Charlotte, North Carolina on September 26th and 27th to teach a CRS 210 class, Building an Exceptional Referral-Based Business course, and I hope you'll come. I want you to bring a friend. Let me take just a minute to tell you just a couple of things that you're going to learn in the class that'll make it worth your 2 days. First of all, we're going to spend some time on building your database. Now, most agents say they already have a database, but the truth is what they have is a mailing list. What we're going to do in this class is divide your database, that sphere of influence that you have, into defined categories so that we know who should be in those categories, how we should communicate with them, and how we build regular referrals, and how we teach them how to refer, refer to us. So if you have a mailing list, that's a great start. If you don't have a database that's usable that you can actually maximize referrals on a regular basis and you know where they're coming from and how much, well, we got some work to do on that. So another thing that we're gonna do in the class is we're gonna spend some time on building agent-to-agent referrals. There are lots and lots of opportunities for you to be sending and receiving referrals on a regular basis, and if you're not doing that, we need to talk about how to do it, how to build those agent-to-agent contacts, and how to leverage those in such a way so you're helping them they're helping you on a regular basis so that you get referrals from out of state or from other areas on a regular basis. One more thing that we're going to talk about, of so many more things that we're going to talk about in the 2 days, is we're going to talk about taking our clients or our sphere, what we call our sphere of influence, turning those into advocates. Here's what we've learned: if you can get third-party recommendations from your advocates, that's better than any advertising or marketing that you could ever do. I called that building strategic partnerships. So we're going to spend some specific time on building strategic partners. That's just 3 of so many things that we're going to cover in 2 days. I hope you'll come. I want you to sign up with North Carolina CRS or with the Mingle School of Real Estate, and hope, hope you'll bring a friend. I promise you, I've done this all over the country, I promise you it'll elevate your referral business. You'll be glad you came. It'll be well worth your money and your time. So sign up, bring a friend. I'll see you there. See you in Charlotte.
