Hey, this is Mark Given. I'm coming to Charlotte, North Carolina on March 4th to speak at Mardi Gras 14. That's the realtor expo for the Charlotte Association of Realtors. I'm going to do two sessions there, one in the morning called 7 Things I Wish I'd Known Before I Earned a Real Estate License, and in the afternoon I'll do a session called The Essence of Success. Let me give you a couple of reasons why you should come. 7 Things I Wish I'd Known Before I Earned a Real Estate License is not just for new agents. In fact, when I was a brand new agent 14 years ago, I wish somebody had taught me these 7 things. It would have made a world of difference and accelerated my business. I would have had more buyers and sellers even quicker than I had. Now that I've been around for 14 years, I need somebody to remind me constantly of the 7 things that I need to know because I've created bad habits. The 7 things, if I focus on them, work. They'll help me create more success in this industry. In the afternoon, I'm gonna do The Essence of Success. You know, the world changes. Buyers and sellers have different opinions. They have different needs. And as the industry evolves, as the economy changes, sometimes it gets really difficult to see the success that's available to us. Well, the essence of success is really about the habits that Master Agents do on a regular basis to succeed. In fact, the essence of success is about having a mindset of change, because the world changes. How do we have a mindset of acceptance, realizing that if we make the changes necessary on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, we can't help but succeed? So I hope you'll come. Mardi Gras 14, Realtor Expo Charlotte, North Carolina on March 4th. Bring a friend, bring your whole company. I can't wait to see you there. We're gonna have a great time, we'll learn a whole bunch of stuff, it'll be a valuable day. I'll see you then, March 4th.
