Mark Given teaches agents how to actually build a referral business. The class segments your contacts into past clients, current clients, and former contacts, then shows you how to set up systems to generate referrals from other Realtors nationwide. Most agents think they get referrals but can't say where they come from.

Hey, this is Mark Given. I'm coming to your area soon to do a CRS 210 class, Building an Exceptional Referral Based Business course, and I just want to give you a couple reasons why you should come. Here's what we've learned as we've taught this class all over the country is that Although agents feel like that they build or have built their business around referrals, they haven't really identified the specific areas that referrals are coming from. So what we do in the class— let me give you a couple of quick things that we'll do. One is we'll identify how to segment your business so that you'll know where your referrals are coming from directly, specifically as they relate to past clients or your current clients or folks that you've done business with in the past and you've lost connection with. So that's just one area. Another area that we'll spend some time on is how to build more referrals across the country with other Realtors. We miss out a lot of opportunities as people are coming and going from our areas. We're gonna talk about a system to, to create that for you. And then of course we're gonna talk about your database and segmenting that and categorizing that in such a way that you maximize it for results so that you can really amp up your business as it comes to referrals. What I've learned in teaching this class for a number of years now is that agents come in thinking that they're— they've got some referrals, and they walk out thinking, wow, I can really increase my business if I'll just implement these new systems that we've talked about, and I can put that to work immediately. So I look forward to seeing you in the next CRS 210 class, Building an Exceptional Referral-Based Business.
