What the message is, is that it's how we make people feel that causes them to want to come back to us. Hey, I'm Mark Given. I'm from Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. Before my real estate career, I spent 20 years as a CEO of a multi-state retail and sales company with about 50 locations. So, I've got some understanding of what it takes to run a company and run an organization. See, Disney's vision is this: treat the guests as cherished friends, exceed their expectations, and give them the best vacation experience of their lives. When it comes to the Ninja philosophy, the Ninja philosophy is to give people the best experience they've ever had. I got involved in Ninja because I saw the difference that it makes in not just the skills that, that we teach, but what it brings to people's lives, and it changes their their circumstances financially, but it certainly changes their life, and it did mine too. Here's one of the messages in the, in my Finding My Why Ernie's Journey: A Tale for Seekers. It's lead with a passionate plan and success will follow. Most people don't even have a plan. They haven't even figured out how to get to a plan. I guess my simple philosophy is that Ninja changes the world by changing people, and it's not just about real estate sales, but it's what we do to improve people's lives and their circumstances and the world around them. I'm just glad to be a part of that.
