Hey, I'm Mark Given, founder of the Trust-Based Philosophy and the Trust-Based Academy, and you're watching Mark's Minute. When you're in doubt— we all struggle with doubt, it's a normal and natural trait. So what do you do when you found yourself there in doubt? Recent research says that you should do one or several of these 5 things. Number 1, take a walk. Number 2, find a quiet spot and meditate. Number 3, take a shower. Number 4, slow down a moment and clear all the noise to just think and listen. And number 5, pray or ponder. Whatever you choose, do one or several of these things every day. Doubt is something that all mortals do, so unless you found yourself beyond normal, join in with the rest of us. So thanks for watching and have a great day.
