Hi, this is Mark Given. I wanted to take just a moment of your time and talk to you about NAR's newest certification course, the MRP, or Working with Military Home Buyers. Now, if you already live or sell real estate in an area with a military base, you know that this buyer is very unique to the typical real estate transaction. In the very first part of the course, we're gonna talk about the military organization or the culture within the military, what and how they think differently than the typical homebuyer. In the second part of the course, we're gonna talk about the opportunity. We're gonna talk about the typical profile of a military buyer, whether it be retired or whether they be actively serving. We're gonna talk about housing options available to the military and how that affects their choices and what they buy. We're gonna talk about real estate services and how to help you as a realtor stand a heads above all the other realtors that don't have a knowledge of what they need to help them to succeed, to create results, to make it easy for them so that you will win and they will win. In the third part of the course, we'll talk about the military relocation. In other words, the permanent change of station. What a big, important change that is, how it affects their home search, and how it creates so often a power shopping scenario. How you can be prepared for that, how to give them the things that they need, how to help them make great choices quickly, and of course how to qualify a military homebuyer. And the very last section of the course, we're gonna talk about VA loans and the things that you need to know to be successful in working them through that process so that you don't lose your mind and they don't either. So come to the course MRP: Working with Military Home Buyers. This is Mark Given. I hope to see you in class.
