Mark Given speaks from Zan Monroe's first Instructor Development Workshop in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He emphasizes that great instructors need passion, hard practice, and thorough preparation, and stresses the profound impact teachers can have on people's lives.
Hey, this is Mark Given. I'm in Fayetteville, North Carolina at Zan Monroe's first annual instructor development workshop with some great instructors, some great people. We miss that you're not here. It's a great event and we want you to come next year and bring your friends. I've learned that I need to be really passionate about what I do, that I need to practice hard, and I need to be prepared so that I'll do a great job. There's lots of need for what we do. There's lots of folks that need to have life changes and teachers do that. So we hope we'll see you next year. Bring your friends. Look forward to seeing Fayetteville next year.
