Short excerpt from a YouTube video by Mark Simpson titled "7 Tips to Mastering the Workcation Lifestyle." In this segment Simpson advises hosts to focus on niches and to upgrade spaces for workation guests — adding desks, ring lights, and even green screens to make listings more appealing to remote workers/content creators.
Feel that the hosts all over the world, you got to really now real focus on your, your niche. So a lot of people now are really catering to workation to the extent where not only have they got a little desk, they've got a little. They're actually going to step up, they're getting ring lights.
