Mark Simpson walks through a Thursday: morning supplements and reading, school runs with his dog Rosie, work sprints between errands, a podcast interview, and testing gear for a Nashville project. He ends each day tidying the house so mornings stay calm.

Welcome back to A Day in the Life of Running Boosley. Thursday edition. So every morning as normal, get the athletic greens in, get the vitamin D tablets in chapter the book while Rosie just rolls around on the floor before the boys awake. Then we try and do breakfast while the boys get distracted by Rosie. Then get them off to school quick dream session, get those nootropics in. And then when I got back today, Rosie was helping me with work. My little assistant, as you can see, entertained her with YouTube videos while I got the work done quick as the delivery and then grabbed the boys from school with a little cheeky Mackie's trip. After getting the kids to sleep, I was testing out something very cool that I've got planned for Nashville. More on that soon. And then podcast interview, which went really well. And then the thing that I do every night before going to bed, and it's something that I've been doing for a while now, the is one of my life hacks is I always make sure that the house is nice and clean before going to bed. That means when I wake up in the morning, it's peaceful, it's calm and everything is in place, which is my little hack.
