Welcome to a day in the life of running boostly Tuesday Tuesday starts like any other day get the kids ready for school get them outside get them off to school get back get a coffee but then Tuesday is actually a day off for me I go to the gym very lucky to have a gym personal trainer just around the corner from where we live fill up on the nootropics tracking protein at the moment trying to get fit and healthy and the PT Shani gets us on this protein thing that we're doing at the moment get back after that spend some time with Rosie thank you very much to tyran at touch day for sending a new little vest boys back from school we always have movie nights after dinner and yeah it's just general just chilling out what I do on a nighttime 9 o' clock after the kids are all asleep I I do try and get in 45 minutes of work and at the moment I'm setting up billboards for Nashville more not to come.
