A short interview clip from a YouTube video in which Stacey (a host) describes handling nearly all operational tasks herself. She recounts cleaning units personally, restocking and taking inventory, performing inspections and maintenance, pulling weeds, answering phone calls, sending invoices, and managing accounting, marketing, and social media—characterizing herself as a "one stop shop."
What does your day to day look like? I do everything myself. So today actually when I leave you, I am going to clean one of my units myself. I do that every now and again, number one, because I actually don't mind doing it. I enjoy being in my spaces and getting it ready. That is how it started for me. I spent my whole first year, year and a half cleaning everything myself. And I like to get in there and restock and take inventory and just kind of do the inspection maintenance type thing. I can be found doing everything from cleaning to pulling weeds, to answering phone calls, to sending invoices. Yeah, everything. It's, you know, accounting, marketing, all of it. Social media. I'm a. I'm a one stop shop.
