Anytime people talk about repeat guests. It depends on the home and the market and all that stuff. But it can also be a really great strategy to get people in the door, especially to your point, Liam. If you have a unique space and then again, they have a great experience, they'll come back and they'll book directly with you. And hopefully they'll book directly at like, you know, the price that you normally charge during that season.
