We've got people that are creating tools for the industry. We've got other geeks just like me. We've got hosts, we've got everybody in between, some of the brightest minds that I know. This tool that I'm going to show you, I'm going to walk you through it, but most importantly, I'm going to show you how you can get it for free for the first year. So this is not a boostly tool. Yesterday I came in and I walked you through how to level up your chat GPT account. Now, a quick question for everybody in the chat. A simple yes or no. Who is gonna make those changes to their GPT. Who is going to make those changes to their custom sections? And the next question is, how are you liking it? Are you. You loving the extra questions? You loving all of the things? All right, let's get on with it, shall we? So this should take anywhere between 15, 20, 30 minutes. I'll open up to questions as well, but this is the tool. Let me share my screen. I'm gonna go from this page to this page. Where do I do that? Sorry, one second. I'm just trying to figure out how I change my screens from being this to that. Here we go. This is it. Okay, so the tool that I want to show you is a browser. Now, before you go, is that it? Let me explain. So Comet is part of Perplexity. Perplexity is the leading, I would say, AI search tool that is out there. It is way better than Google. It is way better than anything that is out there. And Perplexity released a browser called Comet. Now, what Comet is, is basically the closest that we have come to agent or assistant AI that is out there. Now, for those of you that have been using Chat GPT, for example, you will know that part of Chat GPT and let me just quickly bring it up here, is they have agents. So they've got agents now as part of Chat GPT. So you can go in, you can go into agent mod and you can ask for it to do things for you and it will take over your computer and it will do that for you. Now the problem with Agent mode on Chat GPT is that every single time you want it to do something, you have to log in. And it is logging in on a totally separate browser and the user experience is spoiled instantly because when you log into anything nowadays, you need things like two factor auth and it really spoils it and it slows it down. I've also noticed that Agent mode is really clunky and it is not worth it. So when Comet came about, the thing that really intrigued me about it, and it's C o m E T is that when you set it up. And by the way, it's free to set up, what it does is it looks exactly like Google Chrome. Okay? So I use Google Chrome for 99.9% of my day to day activities. Okay? What I was able to do is it imports all of your settings from Google Chrome into Comet. So instantly when I'm asking it to do things, I don't have to wait for it to log in and sign in because it's already Done so. And also as well, what that means from a user experience is when I go to ask it to do something, it goes off and do something. So the first thing that I would really encourage you to do is to go and look at the comment, the comment page. So for example, when you go on there, it shows you exactly what it can do. Now, I'm not going to do that. I'm going to actually show you real life user case scenarios with this tool because this is what I've been doing pretty much over the course of the last last six weeks. Now, the first cool thing that you can do and let me show you, I went into my Chat GPT account. Okay, now to get Assistant mode, to get Agent mode up and running, I'll show you by. No, I can't do that. If you look at the top right hand corner, there's this little toggle here that says Assistant. So when you click on Assistant and I'll just move my face out the way, you will see that it is knows that I'm on Chat GPT because it says Chat GPT here and I can ask it anything. Now what's really cool is that I can type. But if you see this button here, I can also talk. So one of the things, the first use case that I want to show you and how I've been using this amazing tool is I ask it to do audits for me. So the first thing that I'm going to do is say, I would like for you to audit my Chat GPT account. How can I make this better? Okay, super simple. Now again, what's the one thing that I mentioned to you all yesterday? It's the question or the prompt that you put in. Now what I've typed in is pretty vague, so I'm going to take that, I'm going to copy it, I'm going to come back to the GPT. Now, here's a little pop quiz from those who was with us yesterday. What was that prompt? What was that GPT that I used to help me to write better prompts? Who remembers what it is? Who can be the first one type it in the chat? Yes, Zoe? Prompt Engineer. So I'm going to click on Prompt Engineer because it's already starting and I'm going to say improve this prompt to be a 10 out of 10. I want my AI assistant to do this for me. And I've literally typed in that I would like for you to audit my Chat GPT account. Now, it's not going to go and audit it. It's going to create for me the prompt that's really, really clear. So what I'm doing here, if you look at it from a 50,000 foot view is I'm asking the robot to train the robot. So we've got to a stage where I'm asking a robot to train a robot to do a task for me and it's done it here. So it's really improved my prompt. I'm going to come into, I'm going to come back into my Chat GPT account which is I want to start up a brand new thread so I don't want to get too confused. I'm going to go into the assistant and I'm going to ask it and it's off. It's going to go. So what it's doing now is it is looking through my Chat GPT and it's giving me areas of improvement. I'm not going to read it off for you because it's literally you can go and do it yourself. So that's the first use case scenario which is pretty cool. Now another awesome use case scenario and this is one that I've just recently discovered is is coupon codes. So give me a yes or a no in the chat. Who likes to do online shopping? Love it. Right? We love to do online shopping, don't we? Absolutely. Now I don't know about you but I've been using this tool called Honey H O N E Y for all of my shopping needs. So basically any website that I go on, Honey will pop up and it says hey, you got a coupon code here. Now Honey is pretty good, not the best, doesn't give you always accurate, accurate results. But when you go on to any shop that's got a coupon code section, what you can ask it to do. And let me just go on to one. I was literally just on here today. New tonic. When you go onto the checkout section and get rid of the pop ups and I'm coming in here, you will see that there is a. Normally if I come to checkout you will see on the checkout page there's a discount code. Now because I'm on the checkout page, all I need to do is hit assistant and it knows that I'm on the checkout page for Nutonic. I'm just going to say can you find me all active and working coupon codes for this website? Also test them for me. So what it's literally doing now instead of me having to go off into the world of the Internet, find coupon codes and manually copy and paste and test it in. The assistant is going to take over my screen and it's going to start doing it for me. So what it's doing is it's now searching the Internet and if you look at this flow here on the right hand side, you can see it in action. So what it's doing now is it's asking itself a question. So it's going, where do I, where do I find this code? How do I get this code? Where am I going to go to get this code? And if I wanted to, I could watch it all the way throughout. Now what you can see it's doing, if you look at the screen, it's putting in the coupon codes for me and it's testing them. And if this doesn't work, I can say, hey, that didn't work. Go further afield and try again and test. And again, I've been doing this and more often than not, it actually works and performs better than any of a coupon code section that I've been doing out there. Now those are cute and fun, but how do they actually work and be impactful for Airbnb hosts or short term rental hosts? Well, here's what I did. I came into what was an Airbnb listing, okay. And what I asked for the assistant to do, if I come back out here and you can go into your listing. So just pretend this was my listing here, wherever it is in the world, it looks lovely. And I asked it to audit my Airbnb listing. I asked for it to do research in the local area, compare it against the market from similar price points and show me where I can improve. And again, it's a super simple prompt and it went away and it gave me really good feedback. So again, I can look at that and I can go brilliant. And I can ask it questions, I can ask it follow up. But here's where I went a little bit deeper. I actually logged in to my Airbnb hosting account and I went into the listing page and I just went into one of my dummy listings. So I've still got loads of dummy listings up on, up on the old Airbnb. And what I did was I took it in here and I asked it exactly the same and I went a little bit further with the prompt. Now where do you think that I got this prompt from? Yes, you're right. The prompt is from the prompt engineer. So I came in and I asked for it to turn this prompt into a 10 out of 10 prompt. And what it did Is it took it and made it even better. So, Yelena, great question. And I'll put it up on the screen. Yelena asks, can you please write the prompt you put in assistant to compare the listings? Now, I could do. Or you could go and use it and talk to prompt engineer and craft one yourself. Again, it's super simple to do. I am not a genius at writing prompts. I am the worst. I can't spell, I can't write. But chat GPT makes it sound a lot better. And all I'm going to do is going to take this, come into the back end of my. My extranet, and I'm just going to come in and I'm going to paste that in and it's gonna go. And it literally gonna go for me. Now, the cool thing about this as well is that if it gets stuck, it'll ask me a question. If it needs help, it's gonna ask me a question. And the even cooler thing here is that while this is working, if I come back into this, where's my other one here? This was my other one. It's still working on a different page. So what I can do. And this is still going on this page. So I can leave that page, I can go to this tab and it's working on this command for me. I can leave this page and it can go to this page. Now, yes. You know you're going to say in the Zoom room, but Mark, your page is a little bit blurry. That's just because I'm sharing to Zoom. That's absolutely fine. When you come and do this yourself, it'll make sense. And when you watch back on the replay, it'll be a lot clearer. It's because I'm sharing from ecamm into Zoom. But you get the principle and you get the idea on where to go. So again, you can have multiple of these agents, multiple of these assistants running at any one time, which is. Which is very cool. Now, another very cool example, one of the people yesterday was saying, I really would love for an assistant to answer my messages, answer my emails. Well, this is what you can do with this. So I get a lot of messages on. On Instagram. Okay. And one of the things that I asked for it to do was to go into my Instagram messages. So again, go into my Instagram messages, and anybody who has sent me a question and I've not answered them, reply back to them. And it went and did it for me. I haven't been that brave to say, hey, go and do this in my emails or, you know, my insert PMS messages or my Airbnb messages just yet. But those of you that want to do it, you can do it and it takes over the screen and do it. So this tool, Graham, this tool is Comet. C O M E T. Now who would like the free link to go and check this out themselves? I think the answer is going to be yes. Okay. Right, I'm going to put this in the, the Zoom chat now. Now this is what the page will look like. I'm going to put the link in the Zoom chat. So just give me a second. Now all that you need to do to get Perplexity, AKA Comet, free for a year is that you just have to link up your PayPal account. Now I tried to do it, but I was already paying Perplexity so it wouldn't let me get it for free because I'm already a member of Perplexity Pro. But if you're not, is a nice, easy free way to get into it. Now please don't ask me questions on it. If it doesn't work, don't come to me, go to the team at Perplexity. But if it does work, fantastic. If not, it's only $20 a month and you get all the benefits of Perplexity Pro, Perplex complexity, AI and of course the assistant, which is Comet as well. So again, the Comet, you just come in, you download it to your computer. It's available on Mac, it's available on Windows, it's even available on your phones and your devices as, as well. And another really cool example and something that I, I was messing around with yesterday and I'll show you this, here is I mentioned on yesterday's live video that I was, look, we're going to be looking to move house. So I asked for my AI assistant. I'm just trying to find the, the, the word in here, the actual stat and the thing that I did, I might be able to go into here. Basically I asked for it to do research for me to find. To find. There we go. So you are a property research assistant. I'm looking to buy a five bed property, yada, yada yada. And it went off and it did it for me. Took over my screen, went to right move, went to all of the zoo, all of the, the zooplas of the world, everything. And it gave me some examples. So for those of you that are investors and I thought this would be cool for the investors in the room, those who are watching this, then you can go and try and Use that to go to like Air DNA, do some cross reference, etc and it'll do it all for you. So this is the tool. Go and have fun. I want to show you one last example and this is specifically for the Boostly people that are in the room. So obviously when you're part of Boostly, you get a, you get a CRM. We use Go High Level. So this is the Boostly Go High Level. I'm just going to come into a, into a demo account of Boost Lease. There's a lot of people when they get access to their CRM, they are confused on how to work it, confused on how to make the most of it, confused on how to get the best of this tool. So again, one of the use cases and the things that I was messing around with earlier today is I went into the assistant and I just basically said, I would like for you to do a full audit of my Go High Level account. This is the account. Go through everything and let me know where I can improve. Again, if you can see that writing it is abysmal. So I'm just going to go very super quickly over into Prompt Engineer. I'm going to ask for it to take a look at my prompt. Improve this prompt for an AI assistant and it will turn that into an amazing prompt that we can go ahead and do it. So it's here we go. Makes it look a lot better than mine. Go into it, into here. So those of you that have got your Boostly CRM, your Go High Level account and you're struggling how to get best use of it, go and put that prompt into comment on your Go High Level page. And this is the thing that I was waiting for it to do. When it highlights blue, can you all see on the screen, give me a yes or no. Can you see that it's highlighted blue? That means it's taken over my screen. It's taken over my tab. So yeah, fantastic. So it's taken over my tab. That means it's doing the work. It's going through everything, every aspect, looking at what I've done and what I've not done for me. And then it will compile the report. Okay. Okay. So questions on Prompt Engineer. Let me just show you one more thing before we leave because Sam has just put a very good point in the chat. So with comet, with perplexity. If you look at my screen now, see where I'm currently at. Let me just move my face out of the way so we see it here in the bottom left hand corner. You'll see where it says account. Just like chat GPT. Let me move my face. Just like chat GPT. There are personalization preferences and account within comments. So yes, you can do all of the same things that you did within chat GPT. You can do it within cloud. So exactly all of the things here. Another cool thing, and I don't think I mentioned this about perplexity, is perplexity is not a large language model itself. What it does is it uses chat GPT, it uses cloud, it uses all of the models. In fact, if I click on this, you'll see it's got Claude, it's got Gemini, which is Google, ChatGPT, which is ChatGPT. It's got Grok, which is Grok. It's got Sonar, which is Sonar. But it doesn't. It's not an LLM in itself. It takes in a multiple of different, different models, which, which I think is pretty cool. Again, I'm not clever enough to know why, but here we go. So with the personalization thing as well. Now I totally understand because I had the same thing here. It's annoying to have to retype out all of the different personalization again. So what is really cool I mentioned yesterday about the more that you use Chat GPT, the more that it will get to know you. So what you can do is simply take a little. So if I come into personalization here, if I just get rid of this for a second and if I just take a screenshot of this, how do I undo myself there? If I just take a screenshot of this, come into Chat GPT and go. So based on what you know about me, help me fill this in for Perplexity. Now, this is really cool. I do this all the time. I was just going through a very big onboarding process for something that I've signed up to personally for Boostly and they got me to fill in loads of forms. Now how do you think that I filled in all those forms? How do you think. Let me just guess. I use my assistant to fill it in. For me, it was literally this assistant. I had the onboarding form on the screen. I just went to the assistant and said, based on what you know about me, fill this in. And it did. It did it for me. Which was fantastic because it probably saved me two hours of my life not having to fill in an onboarding form. And again, so it's gone in here and it's told me about my, my things to be putting into. To Perplexity here, which is, which is really cool. What else did I get it to do? What else did I get it to do? I'm just gonna look at my notes. I've made notes. So I don't. Because this is something I'm very all over the place because this is literally the first time I've explained it to other people. Oh, yeah. The final thing that I did, which is really cool, is I needed to do a bit of research for a mobile billboard company, for some marketing that I want to do for an event I'm going to be at in the coming months. I didn't want to do the Google search, I didn't want to do the research. So I went into Perplexity, went into the assistant mode and it did it for me, which was fantastic. And these are the sort of things. And what the cool thing was is that I asked it to find me five mobile digital billboard companies in the uk give me the websites and information, right? So it will go off and it'll do that search. That's pretty common. You can ask any chat GPT tool to do that. Right? But the next thing is pretty cool. If you come into the account section you'll see that there's account. Let's get my face out of the way. Sorry everybody. You'll see it's got account preferences personalization. At the bottom here it says connectors. So when you click connectors you've got the ability to connect up your Gmail, your Google Drive, your Dropbox, etc etc and because it takes over my, my screen obviously where did it go with my, with my research on the peoples. Let me go and get that. So it's gone and done the research, right? So here, because I've connected it all up, I've. I basically then go, I would like for you to send each of these an email asking for more information. So what is, I mean I'm not going to do this because I've already done it and I will look a little bit weird because I've already messaged these people. Well then what it will do is it will take over the screen, it will go into your inbox, it will compose an email and it will get their correct email address and you could even ask for it to be bespoke as well, which is pretty cool. And it says hey da da da da. I love what you did for this campaign. Can you do something for me? So again you can ask it to do research, you can ask it to do the follow up which is pretty cool. So again it's done, it's finalized the audit on my, on my, what's it called? My, my CRM which is fantastic. It's done all the things, it's found me coupon codes, it's, it's done my photo tour, it's going to make the amendments for me. So I just go here, do, do the work for me and it's going to take over and do that. It's done all of this, done everything. So that's the tool. Let me do a little test.
