I feel like a lot of the places at least we've stayed at, stayed at in Europe really embodies that versus some of the even the higher end places we've stayed at here seems very like business oriented cut and paste. How can we bring that level of customer service and that hospitality to all of these properties where they're not just feeling like they're staying in another investor's Airbnb that's trying to make $1,000 more a month than market rent.
