Mark Simpson explains that Airbnb super host status doesn't make someone an expert. Getting there requires a long onboarding process, pilot program participation, formal training, and strict agreements that can get you removed if you slip up.
On a comment right here. He said that somebody said it's scary part is not all super hosts are experts. And I fully agree with that. A thousand percent agree. There's a very long onboarding process. I was lucky enough to be part of the pilot program. I was one of three that started the program. If I'm not meeting the standards, I could be kicked off at any point. And so just to be clear on that, it's not anybody who's just a super host. You definitely have to go through training. You definitely have to sign your life away a million different times over again.
