Short YouTube clip (Mark Simpson) advising property owners/managers to pursue direct bookings but also to list properties on all relevant OTAs. Recommends using a property management software (examples: Hostfully, Uplisting, SuperControl) to spread listings across appropriate websites and apps, stressing the importance of location and niche before optimizing via an 80/20 rule.
